• Creators are solely responsible for their Content and compliance with laws (including 18 U.S.C. §2257 record-keeping, where applicable).
  

6. Payments

• Crypto Payments: Processed via Coinbase Commerce. Transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain.
  
• Fiat Payments: Processed via MoonPay. By using MoonPay, you agree to their terms and policies.
  
• We do not store full card numbers or sensitive financial data.
  
• Fees: We may deduct a platform fee from Creator payouts; this will be disclosed in your account.
  

7. Refunds

• All transactions are final.
  
• Refunds are only granted if required by law or in cases of confirmed technical error.
  

8. Compliance & KYC

• We may request identity verification (KYC) for Creators and, where necessary, for Subscribers.
  
• We may suspend or block accounts if KYC is not completed or if AML/sanctions concerns arise.
  

9. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of the Content you upload.
  
• By uploading, you grant Hot-Pepper a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, distribute, and display the Content solely for the operation of the Website.
  
• You must not upload Content that infringes the rights of others.
  

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use Hot-Pepper for illegal purposes.
  
• Circumvent payment systems.
  
• Harass, exploit, or abuse other users.
  
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with our services.
  

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or applicable law.
